Hello My Fellow Vessels!!!

Hey Ya'll!!! I'd like to thank you guys for following my blog and posting comments...keep'em coming. And remember you do not have to be a blogspot member in order to comment. In any event, these past couple of weeks have been intense because of outside projects. Due to all the stress and lack of sleep I decided to treat myself. So currently I am on vacation in Maui Ooooo! I shall return to my ol' stomping grounds in a week. So stay tune cause I'll have more post up soon. Oh! and I'll be posting my own work up here shortly so stay tune. In the meantime, view some of the old posting. Enjoy them all over again, research some of the artist, and learn more about these incredible creations. Talk about old fashion with a retro twist. George Esquivel has blessed us with his exquisite shoe collection for men. His hand made leather crafted shoes has embraced the feet of yours truly Janelle Monae and other various artist. And yes, the shoes you saw in the "Tightrope" video was Esquivel's creation. He is inspired to supply one of a kind foot ware with a luxurious look and a comfortable feel. If fashion is a statement, these shoes should be the punctuation.

Janelle Monae released her new video "Tightrope", the1st single off her sophomore album, "Ark Android". The album is set to be released May 18th, 2010. For those who live in the Detroit area, Monae will be performing at St. Andrew's Hall on April 2nd.

McQueen's 2010 Spring Fling

Alexander McQueen is one that is greatly admired by the fashion world. His creativity has been showcased on the bodies of Gwen Stefani, Janet Jackson, and Lady GaGa. Before his unexpected death, McQueen released a preview of his Spring 2010 line. Check out the shoes...definitely an artist in his own right...he will be greatly missed.
